Day trip to the Coromandel from Auckland

For those only on a short itinerary wanting a taste of the Coromandel then catch the ferry from downtown Auckland. 

Tour includes:

• Return ferry cruise between Auckland and Coromandel
• The Waterworks, a quirky fun-filled water themed park
• A visit to the delightful cafes and craft stores in Coromandel Town (if requested)

Your tour starts at 9.00am when you'll take the two hour cruise across the Hauraki Gulf on the 360 Discovery ferry to the relaxed, friendly Coromandel Town.

Once you're ashore on the Coromandel Peninsula you'll be able to jump on a bus out to the Waterworks to spend a leisurely day playing and relaxing in our grounds.  If you want to head into Coromandel Town to browse through shops filled with New Zealand made products then this is an option.

Later in the afternoon you'll be shuttled back to the ferry for the return journey to Auckland.  Arrival back into Auckland at 6pm.
